part of Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival
The Tolbooth presents a day of free, fun and informal activities designed to enhance mental wellbeing as part of Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival. Our singing, art and dance sessions aim to equip participants with practical tools for improving their mental health as well as a fun and uplifting experience.
Sing It Out with Amy Rayner is a relaxed and accessible singing workshop where participants will be guided through the therapeutic benefits of singing and given the opportunity to sing it out! Amy Rayner is the Creative Learning Officer for Stirling Cultural Venues and leads the Tolbooth Voices Choir. She has been working in community music across Scotland for over a decade as well as writing and her performing her own music.
The sessions will be at the Auditorium. Please note the start time for the sessions is 12pm and 2pm.
Workshops are restricted to 14 years old+.
The day will also include self service activities, a collaborative ‘gratitude’ tree and a performance from Tolbooth Voices choir.
