Chef Laura Burt tells us the story of her business Turnip The Beet, how they started out, and how they have adapted to the current situation. Laura will also share with us the story of how she came to create the food art for a Harry Style’s music video.

With over 10 years experience worldwide in the catering industry ranging from restaurants to private gaming estates, ski chalets and super yachts, Turnip The Beet understands how precious and personal food is and at the same time, passionate about protecting the planet and have eliminated using plastic as much as possible.
