Tolbooth Supper Club is a new casual dining evening held in the café bar at the Tolbooth. A place to come together and experience a menu presented by rotating guest chefs, celebrating a menu close their heart. An informal long table dining experience to share delicious food and drink from speciality and local producers. Our first night is brought to you by our very own chef, Chloe Maurice and will celebrate French vegetarian cuisine with the menu being complimented by a curated wine pairing.
Chef – Chloe Maurice
Chloe moved to Scotland from the western French countryside in 2017 and has worked in many of Stirling’s restaurants, landing at the Tolbooth in 2019. She is a passionate cook and baker drawing influence from her mother’s home cooking, the incredible produce of her home town and classic French cuisine. Tonight’s menu is inspired by dishes from Chloe’s childhood, a nostalgic culinary tour of rural France complimented perfectly by a carefully curated wine pairing.
