Marshmallow Monsters

To create some scary Marshmallow Monsters you will need:

• marshmallows
• white chocolate
• food colouring
• rainbow sprinkles
• chocolate sprinkle mix
• flaked almonds
• bamboo skewers

1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave (for 30 seconds stirring after each time) or in a pan, until the chocolate is smooth and creamy.
2. Add food colouring to the chocolate.
3. Get a bamboo skewer and attach one marshmallow.
4. Dip the marshmallow in the chocolate and coat evenly.
5. Sprinkle the coated marshmallow with rainbow sprinkles.
6. Add eyes and nose from the chocolate sprinkle mix.
7. Make fangs from the flaked almonds.
8. Leave the ready marshmallow monsters for a couple of hours in the fridge until they are ready.
