Lifeblood – Painting Exhibition

Our adult painting and art groups meet twice a week under the tutelage of Stirling visual artist Peter Russell, taking inspiration from art history and popular culture to create pieces of wide-ranging media, from painting to pastel work to sculpture and more.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, the group were able to continue their creativity and connection via video call group lessons. And in December 2021 we brought their work to the Tolbooth Gallery to celebrate the resilient creativity demonstrated over the past year and a half, with works made over this period exhibited.
