Support by Kirsten Adamson
The iconic singer songwriter takes to the road once more, armed with her 8th Studio album The Road Less Travelled ( her 11th).
A collection of 12 powerful songs packing a real punch, it runs the gamut of every emotion; from the raging banger Leaving, to the anthemic Superpower, to the exquisite and fragile beauty that is The Moon and I. Horse has poured her very soul into this album.
Horse’s path has indeed been one less travelled. The title is a perfect fit as it symbolises being on an unconventional or more challenging path in life. She celebrates individuality and the boldness to forge one’s own path. Her music is her voice and by using it, has also become a conduit for those listening.
Featuring songs from the new album and the briefest glimpse into the back catalogue.
Award-winning singer/songwriter Kirsten Adamson, daughter of rock legend Stuart Adamson, will be opening for Horse on her forthcoming tour.
A diverse singer-songwriter from Scotland, Kirsten’s second solo album Landing Place (2023) is a glorious powerhouse of emotionally charged, beautifully delivered songs that bustles and glistens with echoes of folk rock and country gems. Adamson’s track My Father’s Songs has recently been nominated for an Americana UK Award for UK Song Of The Year 2024.
