‘Folk of the Highest Order’ – Time Out
After the release of two studio albums, a live album, a plethora of precious EP’s, a near decade of touring, followed by learning what it is to be a Mother, Rachel Sermanni is returning live to Stirling.
Rachel Sermanni is a dynamic (in many senses of the word) singer and songwriter whose performance and lyrics draw from a deep well of mystic lore, dreams, nature and the simple complex experience of being human.
Support: Norrie McCulloch
Norrie McCulloch’ songs are an intriguing tangle-up of styles, including Scottish folk, americana and sounds of vintage singer songwriters from the 60’s & 70s. He has recently completed work on a transatlantic collaboration involving musicians from Scotland and the U.S. the outcome of which will take the form of McCulloch’s 5th full length album.
