Scottish singer, songwriter, and accordionist Calum McPhail is making waves with his vibrant fusion of traditional Scottish folk and Irish music.
Both established songwriters in their own right they cemented their collaboration through the Shetland Songwriting Festival, where they were both tutors in 2022, as well as sharing mutual musical friends and becoming label mates on the indie folk label, Hudson Records.

It's great to have local musician Liv Dawn back at Tolbooth. She has previously performed as part of New:Noise and at The Albert Halls during celebrations between Christmas and New Year.
