Our Café

Our Café

Our café bar offers a warm welcoming space to gather and enjoy something delicious.

It is the perfect place for an inspirational lunch with our homemade soup with sourdough bread, homemade cakes baked by Wild Heart Bakery pastries.

The café is now closed for the winter. We’ll be back open again in 2026.

About Tolbooth Supper Club

About Tolbooth Supper Club

Launched in 2024, our supper club is a casual dining evening held in the Tolbooth café bar. An event for foodies, it’s the opportunity to come together and experience a set menu with drinks pairing included, all presented by a rotation of guests chefs. We bring the best of Scottish hospitality to life in an authentic, exciting, vibrant way. The Supper Club supports social inclusion and gives visitors a chance to authentically connect with locals through a meaningful dining experience like no other.

Each evening has a unique theme inspired by seasonal ingredients and celebrations.

Our very first night was brought to you by our chef, Chloe Maurice, who celebrated French vegetarian cuisine with the menu being complimented by a curated wine pairing.

October’s Thai-inspired menu was created by our chef Kamolchanok Poom Ferrier. Poom moved to Scotland from Thailand 16 years ago and learned to cook so she could re-create the flavours and dishes of her homeland, authentic Thai food was being hard to find in Stirling at the time.

December explored North African and Mediterranean festive flavours.

January’s Burns Supper featured vegetarian haggis and whisky pairings, with a live ‘Address to a Haggis’ from prize-winning Scottish poet Bill Adair, who joined diners throughout the meal.

March celebrated Stirling 900 with local produce and drinks specially created by local producers, honouring the city’s rich heritage.

Each event includes carefully curated drink pairings, created in collaboration with like-minded producers who reflect Tolbooth Stirling’s values.

Keep an eye the Tolbooth Events section and our social media pages for details of the next one… and remember they do sell out quickly!
