SPOTLIGHT ON STIRLING TALENT SHOW: TERMS & CONDITIONS

Spotlight On Stirling is a talent show open to residents of the Stirling Council area of all ages. If you are under 18 years of age please make sure that you get the permission of your parents or legal guardian(s) before applying.

There is no entry fee to enter this talent show and no competition element, just a fun showcase of some of the talented people, of all ages, that we have in the Stirling area and is open for two months.

Only one entry will be accepted per person per week. Entries from an applicant already showcased will be disqualified.

A completed Talent Release Form should be sent with each entry.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Some received submissions will be selected, by Stirling Council representatives, and will be showcased on the Albert Halls Stirling, Facebook page – @thealberthalls.stirling , later in the year, dates tbc. Submission of a video does not guarantee that your entry will be showcased.

Stirling Council reserves the right to cancel the talent show at any time.

Stirling Council’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the talent show will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The entrants agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. This talent show is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Stirling Council and not to any other party. Please note Stirling Council will not be able to request third party social media pages/websites to remove your content shared on their platforms.

Stirling Council shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

Talent show and these terms and conditions will be governed by Scots Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
Entry into the talent show will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
