After the roaring success of last year’s Thai food and cocktail supper club, our food menu for this Supper Club is once again brought to you by our very own chef Kamolchanok Poom Ferrier. Poom moved to Scotland from Thailand 16 years ago and learned to cook so she could re-create the flavours and dishes of her homeland, authentic Thai food was being hard to find in Stirling at the time.
Thursday’s menu will feature a gin tasting led by Douglas Ross of Allanwater Brewery. Douglas will guide us through a tasting of some of the very best gins from the Forth Valley, including some of the 20 plus gins he has created in his Bridge of Allan distillery. There may even be a brand new beer to try too!
For this supper club there is no vegetarian or gluten free option.
