Overview

Step back in time and explore the various sports practised at Stirling Castle throughout time! From football to ‘real tennis’, trunk bending and falconry, join us to learn about the fascinating history behind some lost sports and some still practised today. The activity consists of a 30-minute tour, a 20-minute object-handling session, and a 30-minute juggling workshop.

Session times are:
10AM-11:30AM
12:30PM-2:00PM
2:30PM-4:00PM

The activity is free of charge and includes entrance to the castle. Accessibility: One of the tour stops is down quite a steep set of stairs.
