Huntly is a bloody lost weekend in 1566 that will shape the future of the world.
Mary, Queen of Scots, is six months pregnant with James VI when her nobles conspire in the foul murder of her closest advisor, David Rizzio and hold her hostage. No one is coming. Everyone had turned on her.
But they haven’t allowed for one old woman who loathes the young Queen but has borne and lost children herself, a woman sick of these bullying vainglorious idiots who would shock the baby out of Mary and take her kingdom.
