Defy Gravity + Fly High Ariel Workshop (Adult)

Play, Move and Discover how you can defy gravity and get physical with science with All or Nothing. Learn what keeps you up in the air with our aerial workshops and tasters. Have fun upside down, spin, swing and move through the air using material trapezes and other aerial circus apparatus. Suitable for both those new to aerial and for those with experience, give yourself a new challenge. Aerial is great fun and open to all – there are no pre-requisite to taking part and taught by All or Nothing’s professional tutors.
