New:Noise – Yama Rama + Midnight Wild + Tam Cassidy
20th June 2026

Yama Rama is a Scottish psychedelic rock band originally conceived as a solo project by Charlie Clark, a seasoned musician known for his work with indie-pop outfit Astrid. The band’s name, a fusion of ‘Yama’—the Hindu god of death and justice—and ‘Rama’—a revered deity—embodies themes of transformation and inner strength that echo throughout their music. The band’s influences stretch far and wide, from classic rock to contemporary indie, all while maintaining a distinct psychedelic edge. Their compositions are marked by dynamic shifts, hypnotic guitar work, and Clark’s evocative vocal delivery. Each track tells a story, whether it’s a reflection on modern culture, personal growth, or the complexities of human emotion.
Midnight Wild is an evocative musical duo that seamlessly blends soulful guitar melodies with heartfelt lyrics. Composed of Douglas and Sarah, their music is a journey through the raw and authentic experiences of life. Their harmonious synergy creates a unique sound that resonates deeply with listeners.
Tam Cassidy, a guy, a guitar, a voice and an awful lot of nervous energy.

New:Noise – Evie Waddell, Susannah Stark & Niamh Maclennan
24th July 2026

Evie Waddell Band are very drawn to Gaelic and Scots songs—old and new—and they like to explore the charging rhythms shared by rap and puirt-a-beul, keeping the spirit of Gaelic form, while pushing it into new or unusual and perhaps unexpected territory. They try to bridge rural and urban worlds, finding wit and bite in both, and we celebrate ‘folk’ music as a living, breathing conduit for anger, joy, and a bit of party chaos.
What you can expect is a mixture of beat, body and mischief, pulling-in whatever each song asks us for: flashes of pop-punk energy, a touch of camp, sincerity or movement-based storytelling that lets us take up space
Susannah Stark is a visual artist, singer and composer from Fife. She has presented sound installation work, print and sculptural assemblages around Scotland and internationally, often working in collaboration with other people. In 2020 a collection of her songs ‘Time Together (Hues And Intensities)’ came out on music label STROOM.tv.
Niamh Maclennan is an artist from Applecross, now based in Glasgow, making music that feels intimate, moody and quietly self-assured. Built on layered vocals, smoky guitars and slow-grooving rhythms, her songs carry a cinematic sense of tension: soft in places, sharp in others. There’s something haunting but warm in the way she writes, balancing vulnerability with distance. With subtle nods to where she’s from and a sound that feels entirely her own, Niamh makes songs for over thinkers, night drives, messy feelings, and moments you can’t quite name.
