Booking Terms & Conditions

Conditions of ticket sale:

• Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded to the Box Office after purchase unless the event is cancelled.
• Lost, destroyed or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
• Management reserve the right to refuse admission.
• Management reserves the right to change or alter the programme.
• The use of photographic or recording equipment in performance areas is strictly forbidden.
• Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the performance and at the discretion of management.
• Proof of concession must be provided at the Booking Office.
• This is a non-smoking venue.

Booking Fees

All events are subject to a £2.00 booking fee.

Some events are subject to a 6% commission charge + £2.00 Booking Fee. All charges in relation to booking fee and commission will be highlighted at the point of purchase.

Age Restrictions

Shows may be subject to age restrictions, this will be detailed in the show detail and at point of purchase.

For events that are suitable for children, we don’t apply a charge to ‘babes in arms’, essentially children that don’t require their own seat. Our definition of ‘babes in arms’ is 18 months or under.

Persons under the influence of alcohol will not be admitted and no refund given.
